A. If you received a confirmation mail it means that your abstract was submitted .
Q I tried to submit an abstract but I did not get any confirmation mail. Has my abstract arrived?
A. All abstracts sent by this website should receive a confirmation mail.
The confirmation is also sent by e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided in the form.
If you have not received a mail it means that your abstract has not been submitted properly.
Please resubmit the abstract following all the instructions.
Q I have submitted an abstract sometime ago but I need to edit it. What should I do?
A. Please notify the Secretariat by e-mail that you want to make change on the abstract. It will be changed as draft on the system; you can make the change and approve the latest one.
Q I have submitted an abstract sometime ago but I need to replace it with new one. What should I do?
A. Please resubmit your abstract via the website and notify the Secretariat by e-mail that you have done so. The latest version of an abstract is the one that will be taken into account.
Adding tables, graphs, images to the abstract
Q Is it possible to incorporate a table/graph into the abstract?
A. Yes. You can upload tables/graphs/figures as long as they are image files of type JPG.
Please note copying and pasting a table into the abstract submission form will distort your table.

A .Once the image upload is done, the re-calculated maximum number of words will be displayed in the image upload window.
