Scientific Program
In Istanbul, the timeless city, the program will highlight integration of approaches to give children a safe world where they can build hope for the future.
Lectures
Keynote lectures: These lectures given by the most prominent scholars will focus mainly on topics of practical importance in cilinical psychiatry.
Plenary lectures: These non-parallel sessions will highlight the most crucial scientific topics in mental health.
Symposia
All symposia will have one chair and four speakers (being representatives of at least two different countries), at most, and a total of 90 minutes will be spared for each session. Each symposium can be either one or two sessions.
Colleagues across the world are invited to submit proposals for organizing symposia, sharing their research evidence and experience. Besides, Regional Organizations and Member Associations and other IACAPAP components will also be organizing symposia, reflecting the scientific status of child and adolescent psychiatry at a universal level. The topics will cover every aspect of child and adolescent psychiatry in theory and practice.
IACAPAP Regional Associations Presidents are invited to organize symposia covering the main mental health issues in their regions.
Drug industry sponsored symposia, the content of which is to be approved by the scientific committee, may also be organized.
Clinical Case Conferences, Courses, Workshops, Oral Presentation Sessions, Poster Presentation Sessions, Recent Research Presentation Sessions, and Video & Film Sessions will constitute other forms of the scientific program.
Accreditation
CME credits will be provided.
